Usage
For cold Therapy:
1.For optimal results, place the gel pack in the freezer for a minimum of one hour.
2.Place the ice pack into the pocket of the wrap.
3.Gently apply the chilled gel pack to the affected area, ensuring not to exceed 20 minutes of application at a time. This duration allows for effective cooling and reduces the risk of discomfort.
